Horrible security and communication. The elevators are embarrassing, with unattractive plastic coverings that look unprofessional when clients come to visit. We also experience random internet outages and poor overall management. My private office was broken into, and during my first month here my car was also broken into in the middle of the day — my back window was smashed. I’ll admit my gym bag was visible in the car, but according to Pleasanton Police this area is frequently targeted due to its proximity to BART and the highway, and many vehicles are broken into here. We also received a notice from Regus management advising tenants to be careful and keep doors locked after someone walked into the building in the middle of the day and took a computer from the second floor — they simply walked in and walked out with it. Between the building issues and the surrounding security concerns, the level of safety here has been very disappointing. At this point, I’m honestly counting the days until my lease is up. I would NOT recommend renting space here.

Terrible service. Beware! After you cancel they will keep charging you and send you to collections and they use a ride out of the country company. Even after paying the collections, they still charge you. Not sure about these google reviews but check out their reviews on other platforms, very negative

This company rips everyone coz when you go and have a tour of the office space listed and after they force you to sign a contract.if you call them after that we don’t need that space they will threaten you to put it on the credit or will threaten you while hiring a fake law firm.Regus harrass people alot as I have heard from alot of people in nearby area.
