What a nice employee with someone special like Andreas working here. You just don't find good quality customer service like this anymore. Definitely a WOW!

While the facilities are very good, there were many instances during my time here, where my company needed to interact with Regus customer service to resolve issues. Their computer systems were the crux of most of these, but that didn't bother me, it was my interactions with customer service. When trying to work with customer service there was not a spirit of collaboration, but more importantly, there was a failure to communicate, a lack of interpersonal skills while interacting with my company. The staff was not service oriented. This has not been my experience with other co-working spaces.
