This location is very nice and the person working at the front desk (didn’t catch their name) was friendly and helpful. They also plan fun activities throughout the month to help people network and give that “in office”/community feel. However, be warned that THEY DO NOT VALIDATE PARKING. PARKING AT THIS BUILDING IS $20 (if you stay for 3 hours+). The day pass is $39 and then extra $20 for parking would put you just under $60 to sit there and work for 4-8 hours. Not worth it!!! Please start validating parking.

Absolute joke of a business. As others have said, the wifi is 100% nonfunctional if you need a VPN and 99% nonfunctional if you are on the "guest network". As for others, the solution they offered was to use my own phone to create a hotspot (wow thanks). This is a business that offers outlets and wifi, the outlets and wifi should all function all the time.

This WeWork has very spacious offices and co-working spaces where you can feel both productive and comfortable. All spaces are clean and the staff is very friendly, attentive, and open to helping you when you need it. They oftentimes have appreciation days and holiday fun in the lobby where they serve snacks, drinks, and meals for everyone in the space.

My office loved working at 400 Spectrum these past 2 years. The location across the street from the Irvine Spectrum provided multiple lunch options at all different price points. At WeWork, we were able to expand our office space as we were growing, and booking various conference rooms was very useful to our team. Alyssa, Liz and the staff coordinated fun and meaningful events weekly, and our employees looked forward to going to work because of these additional events. They were always willing to help out with any questions or needs we had. We will miss them! Thank you so much for a great work experience!
