We just moved into park place last week. Had a few minor maintenance issues that were fixed quickly. Rene from the leasing office and Alejandro from maintenance were great. Both very attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful. So far we love living here. Irvine company should give both of these employees significant raises in their pay. Great people.
A big thank you to Alfonso from the maintenance team! He responded quickly, diagnosed the AC issue right away, and fixed it efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. We really appreciate his excellent service!
