[UPDATE: June 2026]Rating Breakdown: 5 Stars for the Leasing Office / 3 Stars for Building Soundproofing I want to provide a fair update to my previous review. Recently, the leasing office has stepped up and been quite helpful in moving things forward. They took the time to listen to my concerns, actively communicated with me, and took formal administrative action to address the ongoing noise issue. While the building's physical soundproofing remains a challenge (which could be quite the same as the other apartment buildings), I genuinely appreciate the current management team for proving they are willing to advocate for their tenants and take our well-being seriously when push comes to shove. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] --------------I If you're considering renting here, please read this first. The soundproofing in this building is genuinely bad. Not "oh you can hear your neighbor occasionally" bad — I mean you can hear every stomp, every door slam, every shouting match from the unit below like there's no floor between you. I didn't know this when I signed my lease. I wish someone had warned me. For months now, I've been dealing with a neighbor who makes noise at all hours of the night. The last three weeks have been the worst — I've been woken up every single night. I'm exhausted in a way I've never experienced before. I'm not exaggerating when I say I'm starting to feel the toll on my mental health. And the hardest part isn't even the neighbor. It's feeling completely alone in this. I've filed emergency requests, sent emails, called Courtesy Patrol 6 times in 5 days. Patrol arrives 1–2 hours after I call, stands in the hallway for two minutes, and leaves. Leasing office tells me there's "no third-party evidence" of noise. When they finally reached out to the neighbor — who ignored them — their solution was to contact them again, and to have patrol "stay a bit longer next time." Months of this. That's where I am. I'm not writing this out of anger. I'm writing this because I was so excited to live here, and now I dread going to sleep every night. If quiet, restful nights are something you need — and I think most people do — please ask very detailed questions about soundproofing and noise complaint procedures before you sign. I genuinely hope your experience is better than mine.

We’ve been living in this complex for over two months now, and we’ve had nothing but a great experience so far. The complex is very quiet. The apartment itself is well built, and the walls are so thick that you barely hear anything when you close the windows and doors. Fifth floors get a ton of light. Pools and barbecue areas are always very clean and well maintained. Service requests usually get addressed in about a day, if not urgent.

Slow communications when there are community wide water shutdowns or leaks.

Stephen V. is very kind and professional and he was able to assist me immediately with my needs. I have lived in Park Place for over 1 year and it is a very well-maintained community. From the maintenance to the management team everyone is very professional.

Jesus Castillo from Team CPM did an amazing job. Even went beyond to help with things around the apartment.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
