Ernie was super helpful! Our request was fulfilled quickly and he fixed our lightbulbs!
Ernie fixed everything quickly and was very polite. I also really appreciated that he had put on plastic shoe cover bags over his shoes before coming inside the home.

I had a great experience with Ernie! He was professional, friendly, and efficient when fixing an issue I had with my AC, that was basically blowing hot air all the time. He took the time to address the issue and made sure everything was working properly. He even thoroughly explained what was the issue and walked us through his step by step reasoning, which you can always appreciate. Overall awesome experience, and we can now enjoy our AC again in this 90+ degree weather
