I'm so grateful for the quick response from the maintenance team! Our washing machine broke down suddenly as I'm preparing for the baby, and while the app showed a two-week wait, the main office helped expedite the process. Ernie came by himself today and was outstanding. He fixed the issue and was incredibly friendly, answering all my questions about apartment maintenance. Outstanding service!
Ernie the technician was awesome! I had three requests and he thoroughly helped me check and advised on the dishwasher. He was very proactive in reaching out to me via phone to understand the problem I was having. Really appreciate it!
