Christina Rios is the most Deplorable property manager I’ve ever encountered and is a perpetual liability. She operates based on hearsay reports from tenants that are not true. She made an accusation of me being combative with staff when no event occurred. I took a photo of her when I delivered my demand letter because I sensed dishonesty amongst the staff. She was in good spirits while actually laughing at me upon delivery. I received the accusation from their legal after I delivered my demand letter. The accusations of combativeness stems from a pet waste dispute. I was accused of leaving pet waste and blamed for pet waste around the facility when I don’t even walk my dog in the facility. I just moved to Arrive Rancho Belago in June of 2025 and received a pet waste complaint in July and each month to October. This property is filthy nor do they have a dedicated sanitary management team. There are multiple dogs in this complex and I live in a common walk way with a court yard. The complex is small and dirty which took me by surprise because it’s small enough to clean quickly. I’ve lived in bigger cleaner complexes. Any property you see this woman please understand that it is most likely low grade and you will be treated like a suspect under investigation not a paying tenant. She will threaten you with lease termination and 3 day notices. She manages property as a power move not to foster peace and resolution. Shes terrible and unprofessional.

Do Not Move into any properties they Own !!! The property managers and management they hire are the worst which I can only imagine what the owners are like. I’m living a night mare with Renew Apartments. Their employees are incompetent, Liars, unprofessional. I’ve tried to reach my leasing office for over 2 months now and I can’t get ahold of them nor is my problem being solved. I’ve reached out the regional manager and she also hasn’t returned any of my calls.
