Too expensive for no reason. Why does it cost me close to 500 bucks to clean a tiny prison cell???? Ridiculous. Other than that decent services and what not

Arranging to see the space very easy. Management and staff very helpful. Offices and amenities are very nice inside the suite, eventhough the building its in is a little outdated. Dealing with the leasing agent, however, not the easiest experience. Very limited communication and no response following the signing of the lease. Overall, this location and others are good option for those looking for short or long term work space. **Update 7/13/26 - though it was outlined in the (very) small print, there is a "Restoration fee" at the termination of your lease. This fee is charged regardless of the use or condition the office is returned in. My rent was approximately $499 per mont for a 140 square foot office. I was charged $888... for "restoration". My initial retainer paid was $899 of which they claim they cannot deduct the restoration fee from. Whats the point of the retainer then? And in addition, because the restoration fee was not paid following the expiration of the lease I was also charged late fees. Ive been commercial property management and leasing for many years and have never heard of such egregious and outrageous practices. I would highly recommend finding alternative lease options. This is not a reflection of office staff at this location who have been great but rather toward the corporation itself. I reluctantly paid the fees due to the threat of being sent to collections if unpaid, eventhough they held my retainer as hostage until itsnpaid. Negative stars for this experience.
