For businesses starting out, this place is great. You get a lot for what you pay a month: waiting room, conference room, your own office, electricity, and internet. The receptionists are very friendly to your customers/clients. We were here for close to 4 years, and it greatly helped our business. We will miss this place!

The truth is that I really liked how Attorney Martinez treated me. I recommend him 👍 He is very kind and that is nice for someone looking for help with immigration. Attorney Martinez is very different from others. He explains things clearly and patiently. Attorney Martinez really helped me and guided me, giving me direction in my immigration matter. I am very satisfied with his services. He will be my immigration attorney from now on.

I have no complaints. The dr. I had an appt with did not bother to call me and reschedule my appt due to the fact she was not going to be there, but the other people in that office wer very nice

We have rented here for years. They have been so amazing. No extra for heating and air, garbage, internet, etc. They have a receptionist for a few hours each day. They have a board room you can use for up to 2hrs. I can not say enough good about this place. If you need an office space on a budget, this place is currently only $400 a month. They will have to raise prices but what a crazy deal.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Fresno Office Suites.
