Granite City is one of my favorite places to work from. It’s right on Sutter Street in Folsom, which already makes it a win. It’s in a super cute area, lots of spots to grab coffee or lunch, and you can take a break and walk by the river (seriously the best). It’s quiet when you need to focus, but there’s also a fun, creative energy. Everyone I’ve met there has been super friendly and interesting, definitely not your average office crowd.

This is a fantastic venue for group offsites, workshops, and individual work spaces. They take great care of visitors and members. My first choice for a venue in Folsom.

My wife and I enjoyed our wedding here on 2/5/25. The venue was the perfect size, and the management team was very helpful and polite.

Many hospitals and healthcare facilities only accept certifications from the American Heart Association, not Red Cross, so save your time and money and book a BLS class that is approved by the AHA. BLS from AHA is standardized in the medical community. Max, the instructor for Red Cross was awesome though. This review is for Focus Health who conducts their classes at the Granite City Workspaces building.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Granite City Workspaces to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
