10 out of 10 would recommend I’ve been here for over 6 months now and it’s truly been an amazing experience for me from the beginning. Gloria helped me from day 1 and is the best property manager, who takes such pride in her work. Gloria is detail oriented, proactive and is dedicated to making sure her clients have the best experience possible. I’m grateful for her, for this space and all the amenities it affords me. Receptionist working today 3/12 was horrible. We had a large group in the conference room. Escondido. The temp was challenging. We asked I. The am to turn the air down. By noon we asked to turn it up as it had gotten a bit cold. She was angry and told me my group must be menapausal So rude!!!!

False advertisement it isn't open 24 7 some of the janitor close it to accommodate there guest..

Bad communication between employees and client customer service , no one ever answers the phone. Trying to do a transfer from one office to another and still have not been able to do so for the last month. All the employees are not on the same page.
