I pass by this place all the time and have been meaning to try it! Day pass was $35 and worth it. I was able to find a secluded spot to work on private client files. Great places near by for coffee, lunch, or out for drinks too! It’s also the perfect spot to catch sunset at Moonlight after a shift. Id come here again!

The word "community" is often overused when it comes to office settings, especially coworks where the inhabitants are not working in the same company. However, Union Cowork Encinitas really is a community, and an awesome one at that! MyTam is a wonderful, friendly assistant who goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcome (eg: organizing activities from time to time). She balances this with ensuring that everyone can focus on their work and get their stuff done (eg: ensuring private room access and maintaining a "quiet when working" culture). Cannot recommend enough

Went here to work for the day until I could check into my hotel. The facility was adorbs. Had a small kitchen, lockers and plenty of desks. It was also quiet which helped with focus. The prices were reasonable and loved that they had a day pass for me. 10/10 would recommend.

Such an awesome experience here at Union Encinitas! The location is incredible, but also the onsite manager MyTam is a 10/10! She really creates such a wonderful environment for not just work but community. So you get a great work environment, a block walk to the beach, and all the lunch/coffee spots you could imagine. A gem! Super appreciative and thankful that I ended up here!

This was my first experience working in a co-working space, and I have had an extremely positive experience! Union Cowork - Encinitas is such an awesome place to be productive, and surround yourself with a great community - all while placed in an unreal location! Although initially a bit hesitant to pay the membership cost, I feel as if has been worth every penny. Thank you Union!!!
