I was a customer of their virtual mailbox service for more than ten years. In the early years, the service was excellent. However, around COVID, there was a significant increase in homelessness in the surrounding area, which led to additional security measures and made access and day-to-day operations more cumbersome. Things deteriorated further earlier this year when a new administrator took over. Basic tasks, such as consistently placing my mail in my mailbox, became unreliable. I attempted to escalate my concerns by contacting a supervisor and the owner, but never received a response. After repeated service issues and the lack of management follow-up, I decided to switch to another provider.
Great office. Hard to park though.
