I was a member since April 2024. I have mixed reviews. On the positive, the amenities are very nice, including the kitchen and espresso machine. Also the flex area is spacious and the other members are generally nice. The tables are large. Also the dedicated desks are nice. On the down side, the private bathroom has a shower which in inadequate and virtually unfunctional. The water trickles and takes over a minute to warm up. Drainage is also poor, leaving excess water and suds on the floor. Also easy to track water into the rest of the bathroom. The sink is also poorly designed. It also doesn't drain well, so you have to manually rinse away the suds with your hand, and water tends to splatter on the floor. On busy days, parking can be limited. Finally, the owner called me out for staying to late, until 9pm. According to my membership, I can stay until then, but he said that, since I was the only one there, I was using up too much electricity, thus not making it cost effective due to the energy bill. Can you believe that? Again, on a positive note, the people are nice and the place is very professional and clean.

Good workspace, conference room was big, AC controls worked well, windows available, drinks available. It was clean, people were nice, lots of people seemed to think the same because there were a lot of people renting the workspace in the common area. Great area out back with tables, couches, chairs and even a picnic table for having a nice lunch outdoors. I highly recommend this place.
