They try to charge more. Not worth. Just go to starbucks or rent a room in library. They also ignored my request to get fund for my start up and never replied. Circle jerks who only look after themselves. They host these holiday meal every year to get more people to come out and try to sell at them

Hello - I am the General Manager of InnoGrove and wanted to reply to a recent Review. The Review (with my comments): For being a business that's designed to help other businesses start their business it's ironic that your website is a fine example of what not to do. - (Steve) - I am sorry you feel that way. Whoever designed your website did a terrible job. - (Steve) We do have a very basic web site. We strive to have all the information online that someone needs. On the rare occasion we were missing information, we have had someone tell us and where appropriate we modified our site. Besides grammar issues, where are the hours for this location if people want to call with questions? - (Steve) As stated on Google, there is someone at the front desk from 9-3, Monday-Friday. However, we can often arrange visits outside of these hours (I have hosted visits on evenings and weekends). Most businesses have that info. on the contact us page. - (Steve) Again, this is clearly mentioned on our Google listing. The way the pricing page was listed, absolutely not. - (Steve) If someone needs information on our pricing, we are more than happy to speak with them. I don't know how people are using the online form because to me it's not clear and it's a mess. - (Steve) With all due respect, I am not sure what you are talking about here. Our web form asks for Name, Email, Phone, and Message in clearly defined boxes. Also, what is this business doing in terms of keeping things clean in terms of Covid? - (Steve) During COVID we had our rules posted and as always, we have always been available to speak about this. Or are you all exempt from that? - (Steve) Throughout COVID, we had some members that were "essential" and therefore, worked throughout COVID. However, we always have maintained reasonable standards with regard to COVID safety and to the best of our knowledge, nobody at InnoGrove got COVID from exposure at InnoGrove. I have been a member of InnoGrove for about a year or so now and I love coming to work here! The offices are clean and comfortable, great lighting and ambience, a clean kitchen with basic amenities, the people here are kind, respectful, and are open to great conversation and networking. It feels very innovative and they provide printing, basic office materials you might need, offices, open space, even yoga mats! lol you have 24/7 access as a nomad which is great for me since I tend to be most productive past working hours. I would never join a Regis or any other coworking space after being here, I found my work family. We have holiday parties, and other networking events hosted by InnoGrove itself which have been great ways to network and meet even more entrepreneurs and professionals. I highly recommend this space to any entrepreneur, work from home, or professional looking for a work environment that is warm, welcoming, and productive!

I have been a member at InnoGrove for about a year and have always been greeted with a smile. I am leaving this review as someone who has actually set foot in the location, made use of the facility, and has actually interacted with the Staff...unlike the "Super Star" who could not actually identify themself but still took the time to berate it.
