Dont sign anything. Get an attorney prior to signing a contract. Terms are not clear. You need to spell out terms clearly. After a month into my contract, I was told I no longer had access to my coworking office and I needed to upgrade. The contract is bare. Basically what was sold, isn't actually in the contract. Now they want more money for an upgrade so I can actually use the office.

had an appointment in the building, and my experience was great! for a big building like theirs, the parking was actually really big and easy to find a spot; the lobby was super cute and stylish, and the front desk ladies were so kind when I checked in (they also had little chocolates at the desk which I'm addicted to).
