Edit. Get ready to pay three months in advance instead of two. They expect you to pay the third month if you don't cancel BEFORE the SAME month you’re renting. And they won’t tell you a damn thing about it because they’ll send you to collections. I had the worst experience with them. They have hidden fees like paying the next month after the 1st if you cancel after. They also charge you two months in advance. None of this shit is on their website and these people shamelessly tried to charge my card 4 times and threatened me over and over again to return the keys and pay them. Like I ever will, so unethical. For the record, they never told me verbally that they’ll continue to charge me. They told me to go on the app and cancel. That was it. My response to their comment is Please. I saw you try and stupidly charge my card again for the 5th time and now it’s not even worth believing in you as a whole. Just look at all these negative comments, you seem worse off than you were before. Never come to this place unless you’re ready to pay 3 months in advance.
