Update: I originally gave them three stars, but I’ve since downgraded my rating to one. After they left a comment asking me to get in touch, I did so—only to receive the exact same robotic, canned response. Obviously, the goal of any business is to make money; however, their conduct toward me was clearly unfriendly, and they blatantly abused their position of authority. As a result, I was charged an exorbitant fee upon moving out—a fee that, logically, should have been waived entirely given the lack of any actual need for the services supposedly rendered—and my requests for receipts and proof of the work I allegedly paid for were completely ignored. Old: the space itself is great: excellent location, nice renovation, good utilities, and overall it looks very professional. You can tell the place was designed with care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was seriously affected by the management. Be very careful with the lease terms, fees, and deposit return conditions. In my case, I was initially promised one set of terms, but after I signed the contract and moved in, the actual conditions turned out to be different. They were not willing to cancel the contract, so I had to continue it until the end of the year. After the lease ended, I also had issues getting my deposit back. Part of it is being withheld for “cleaning” at what I believe is a non-market price, even though the room was returned essentially in the same condition as when I received it. The location and the space are genuinely nice, and I can recommend the place itself. Just be prepared to deal carefully with management and expect possible extra costs.

A company like this shouldn't exist. They are despicable people. You can't treat people they way you have done. You have continued to make my life horrible over the past 5 months.

Until I receive the $1,500 that they owe me, I will make sure that everyone knows how they treated me. Terrible people are at this location. I hope this isn't representative of the other locations.
