TailoredSpace - Corona

I was really excited about trying out Tailored Space since I moved in the area recently however today I had a really disappointing experience at TailoredSpace Corona. I visited twice in one day. The first time, I was greeted nicely by a staff member named Renee. The second time, I went at 4:40 and I asked to proceed with my membership paperwork and to use the space for about an hour while that was being handled. First she said she wouldn’t do it since she would leave in 20 minutes and secondly Instead of a clear answer, another individual, who was not even part of TailoredSpace's staff or management, interjected and told me I could not stay. Renee herself acknowledged that this was not his place to say. A short time later, I received an email from Ray Linton, the Regional Director, stating that my membership was denied because my conduct did not align with their community standards. That was not an accurate description of what happened. I made two reasonable requests and was met with confusion and an outside party overstepping, and the response to that was to reject my application rather than clarify their policy. I have held offices at Industrious in Irvine and WeWork in Costa Mesa for years without ever running into anything like this. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and would encourage anyone considering TailoredSpace to be aware of how inconsistently requests and communication were handled here.

One of my nursing agency uses TailoredSpace. Beautiful designed and immaculately maintained. Quiet and professional ambience. Bathrooms were top tier. Waiting areas were beautifully designed. The best place I could find for my PROTRADE business! The facilities are always in excellent condition, with parking and spectacular views! The attention and service from Shannon, their Community Manager, is simply the best! A professional in every sense, with an unbeatable spirit of service and human quality.

Shannon is truly the heart of the office! She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. Whether it’s assisting me with printing, setting up my computer to connect with the printer, or helping me schedule and edit meeting room bookings—Shannon handles it all with patience and a smile. She keeps the tailored space clean, organized, and welcoming, and always makes sure the snacks are stocked (a major plus!). Her professionalism and attention to detail make a huge difference in the day-to-day flow of the workplace.

I like Tailored Space offices at Corona location. The facility has an open concept with pretty window views. They have several conference rooms in a different size to make the remote team work convenient and proficient. People here are nice and friendly. Its flexibility allows me to meet my clients by using their 10+ locations in Southern California are big plus to my business. The director Shannon is an excellent professional woman who provides great customer services and support. You will like her if you are looking for a warm and happy working office place.
