Fast intake for my drop off of my vehicle. The service for my oil change was very fast as well and the cost was very reasonable. I will return to Chevrolet Concord service center for all my needs for my Chevy Colorado.

Purchased a car from Concord Chevrolet this weekend and had a great experience working with Chuck! We gave him a budget and idea of the type of car we needed for a growing family. And he was able to help find a perfect fit. He was very patient showing us multiple cars and answering all of our questions. Love that he stayed within our budget. I had a couple of recent service appointments at Concord Chevrolet. My review centers around my having an appointment yesterday AM and by around 3:30 PM, after waiting all day in their waiting room I was told by my Service Advisor that they wouldn’t be able to have anyone look at the Navigation system in my Camaro. I had brought my car in to have the Navigation system looked at in April. That repair was not completed on the Friday I brought it in. They looked at it on Saturday, I approved the repair, and they ordered the part, and finished the repair the following week after they got the part in. My Camaro is an extra car for me so the timing wasn’t a big deal for me. I wasn’t waiting for the repair this time. After the repair in April, I was having an issue with the compass in the car not registering the direction. I brought it in yesterday to have someone look at it to see if it just needed to recalibrated. I waited about 5 hours at the dealership yesterday only to be told they didn’t have time to look at my car. I left and told them I wouldn’t be coming back after wasting 5 hours of my time. My issue is not with my Service Advisor, it is the lack of urgency from the Service Department to get someone to look at my car. My issue wouldn’t have taken very long for someone to look at it. It’s not like my car needed a brake job !! Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back for service here again.
