Unfortunately, this place was a big let down. It’s impossible to find parking and doesn’t state anywhere on their website or Google listing where to park. I later learned it’s 3 blocks away, underground. Secondly, the place is locked down like Fort Knox. I went on 3 different occasions to get a tour. Nobody would answer the phone so I couldn’t get in to schedule a tour. When I did, I did it through a link I found on their website. There is not much co-working space in this location. So they told me to try out the Walnut Creek location. That one is nice and has a lot more space. So I said let’s sign up. The cost was over $100 more per month. When I asked if they could match the concord price I was given a standard reply that let me know they didn’t care to earn my business. Given my experiences I don’t care to send them $500+ per month to sit in a communal cafe area, to work and $75 for parking 3 blocks away.

I love working from this space. The location manager puts a lot of attention toward details that make it an enjoyable place to work from. Fast internet, a gym in the building, an indoor place to store my bike, and great social events throughout the month. What could be better? I highly recommend it!

Here at Industrious in Concord one can work and feel a sense of worth knowing that they are well taken care of and even cared for. The smell of delicious Coffee, well sourced, wafts through the common area in the early morning ready to greet the early risers. Clean, spacious, and modern the atmosphere lends itself to professionalism and contemplation. Have a meeting? It's easy to reserve a room to hammer out any details of your future deals. During my breaks I love lifting weights in the gym that is hygienic and modern. Miss Russotto's understanding of the nuances of community management allow for the harmonious intersection of work and the correct incentives that allow for a commitment to service. I love coming to work because of the amenities provided by Industrious and the actions Miss. Russotto takes to ensure that these spaces allow for the growth of business, focus of the employees, and seamless collaboration!
