Offices are good sized, and come furnished which is so helpful. Front desk staff Ally and Alexis are the best!

If I could give zero stars I would. I terminated service on the same day I signed up (three days before start of service). Regus did not terminate my agreement and instead billed my credit card for several months before I realized it. My bank now blocks them from charging me, and as a result, Regus is threatening me with a lawsuit and has some debt collectors harassing me every day with threats. I RECEIVED NO SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY TIME. PERIOD. They are scammers. A reputable company would simply have closed the account, but Regus is actually looking to get something for nothing. It's like I opened my life up to harassing phone calls and abuse. Who wants to do business with anyone like that? UPDATE: The owner replied to my review as you can see below. When i reached out to her as she requested she has not replied. Looks nice of her, right? Like she’s going to follow up with me and help get this resolved but that’s not the case. She did that so that it looks like Regus is a good company to work with. They simply aren’t. Looking forward to hearing back from you owner so that I may discuss this ridiculous issue.

Absolutely do not rent these offices. I booked an office to meet with a client and it was locked. No one answered the phone after I had to hunt it down and I had to find an alternate location at the last minute, having to give my client a ride across town. In addition, the company never rectified the situation, customer service was terrible, and they TOOK ME TO COLLECTIONS for a service they never provided. I’ve been reaching out to Regus, the location managers, and the collection agency because I’m being threatened with legal action to collect on something I didn’t get. Please, if you want to appear professional, avoid this service.
