TailoredSpace - Chino Hills

We currently lease a two person full time office at TailoredSpace. One of the reasons we chose this location was the business amenities, including mail service and having a professional office location for our hybrid virtual and in person business. Our clients do not come in every day, but there are times when it is convenient for them to drop off documents or meet with us in person. Because of that, the front office experience matters. one of our long time clients came by to drop off documents and had a very disappointing experience. According to our client, the documents were refused, and while he was on the phone with us trying to explain what was happening, he was asked to leave. We were not notified that our client was there or that there was an issue by tailored space. When I called to ask about the situation, I was told that because we had not called ahead to advise them that a client may be coming in, she had no duty to notify us. She also told me rudley she is not my receptionist to be calling in. I understand that every office has policies, but this was not the level of support or professionalism we expected when leasing an office here. In the past, we relied on the front desk to accept documetns & packages from our clients & business contacts. For a business that relies on client trust, document drop offs, and a professional first impression, this was a serious concern that was met with rude attitude. Based on our experience, I would be cautious if you are a business owner looking for an office lease, mail service, client drop-off support, or virtual office setup. There also appears to be frequent turnover with front office staff, which may affect consistency. We are still currently leasing here, but this experience has made us reconsider whether this location is the right fit for our business needs.

Jen told me at the end of January that she would call me when a space (expected to open up early March) would be available. Instead of calling me, she signed someone else. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here. Not only was I on the wait-list (and should therefore get priority), Jen did not communicate that she was about to sell the space I was waiting for. FYI: all wait lists don't mean anything. Jen will sell your space to anyone who wants it, the moment it opens up.

Frankie at Tailored Spaces in Chino Hills is incredible! She made my onboarding easy and went above and beyond to guide me through the whole process, always greeting everyone with a warm smile. The space itself is clean, professional, and designed to help you focus. One of the best features is the 24/7 access, perfect for people like me who sometimes find themselves working late into the night. Between the welcoming environment and Frankie’s amazing support, Tailored Spaces really sets the bar high.

Awesome experience, Frankie has been instrumental in making sure we've had a great experience here. She's been extremely helpful, professional and helped us get settled in. We were interested in a desk membership, but ended up with a small office, almost 3 months in and it has greatly increased work productivity. The community is great, almost everyone here has a positive/professional attitude which helps with the atmosphere. The access is great with your phone, the location is awesome. We frequent the area for lunch/boba/coffee even on the weekends. I get here early 5:30-6am and leave around 4/5 never had an issue with access. Sometimes people are touring, but that's to be expected and definitely not an issue. There's a review complaining about the parking, about the weekly farmers market & of how busy it can be. That's kind of the point of choosing a location like this, otherwise you can WFH or find a different location that's offices only not retail.

I Love this campus and all the members! Especially Frankie makes the environment very lively and homey and take care of us members! Definitely makes working more enjoyable.
