Just arrived at 12:15am to check in after cancelled flights and delays and got sorry system resetting, can’t give you the room you paid for have a set for 20mins. Completely exhausted this is Unacceptable. Reset it in the early morning hours like 2-3am or have a way to get me a room. I should NOT have to wait. Will never stay here again!!!!!!
