I no longer go to the pruneyard now that they’ve opened the center lanes to cars right through the pavilion. Now I make sure all my friend/family meetups are at Santana Row (though I live in Campbell and USED to prefer Pruneyard). No more vibes. Santana row has way better walkability and I can eat without worrying about cars driving right in front of me. The management ruined pruneyard. Toxic HQ at the pruneyard, the businesses that rent here say the Florida based company that owns Pruneyard is toxic and nonresponsive. I would not recommend renting your business location here.

Love this location for client visits. Great location right in the Pruneyard and centrally located in the San Jose Area. Bryson and his staff are great. I've been using this location for several years now and all staff has been terrific in helping me. Lots of meeting room space-reasonable price and access to a TV in the meeting room to hook up my laptop when meeting with clients. The lobby area is warm and inviting and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell the management cares and pays alot of attention. Nice break area and space to work in the lounge area as well.

I’ve an office space in Regus and my experience has been very positive both with the previous staff and with the current staff member, Brycen. He always greets me with a smile and is very quick and prompt in responding to any queries. I truly appreciate his behavior, as it creates a warm and welcoming feeling every morning when I enter the office.

The office space is clean, quiet, and professional. Common areas and conference rooms are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is conducive to focused work and meetings. The front desk staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful with mail handling, visitors, and general administrative support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • To truly understand what HQ - Campbell - Pruneyard has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with HQ.
