Regus is unethical and bully. They have created a very threatening environment for me since they lost the court case. It has been months and they have have not paid the amount court ordered. The admin refuses to give contact of management. They are not ending my lease instead fraudulently extend another year and increased rent from 800$ to 1200$. Please do not sign lease without reading carefully. They rush you to sign so you do not read fine print. They randomly increase charges without explanation and never refund- The retainer should be refunded sooner but Andrade is 30 days. Yet management told me 40 days. Really poor experience with Regus. Their FOBs are not working for over a month and a half. They did not give me key and I was unable to access the office for over a month after hours or weekends. They are now not ready to prorate the rent. Also they out of the blue added additional charges I had not signed up for and don't want to adjust the invoice. There is no contact available in upper management to address my issues. They are unfair and unethical company with no customer service Ms. Pricilla was contacted several times to give me a time frame to when I will get my refund? They take the rent 15 days in advance yet dont want to respond to my concerns. I have yet to receive a response. In addition the secured entry through FOBs are still not fixed. I feel unsafe as the door to the entrance is always wide open for anyone to gain access to us all during working hours. There is no way to tell who entered the building leaving me scared for my life. CA law ensures there is workplace violence training to all employees. How can I ensure the safety of my employees and myself with this lack of urgency to ensure a secure workplace and fixing the broken security system for about two months now.

I’ve had a great experience at Regus! The space is always clean and professional, but what really stands out is Linda, the admin. She’s incredibly nice, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her positive attitude really makes the whole office feel welcoming. Highly recommend this location thanks to her!

WORST Office space EVER. Fob has not worked in forever so extremely difficult to access office after hours or weekends. One of the front staff is very rude and entitled with no office etiquette. You feel as though we're an inconvenience for them. Every tenant complains about being and are eager to move out there. Their contract is full of "extra charges" with no explanation. There is non-existent customer support I have had 3 other companies this year ask me for a recommendation of an office space....I would NEVER recommend Regus or this Campbell campus to any business...If I could give negative stars I would. They forget they're in Silicon valley with so many other options during this economy and commercial real estate office spaces. Look up their BBB (214 REVIEWS!) 1.01 stars

I don’t recommend this place. I signed up for a co-working membership in June, thinking it was a one-month commitment. However, without clear notice, the system automatically charged me for July as well, and I was told that cancellation isn’t possible until August. I contacted customer service to request a refund and cancel the membership, but they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to make any exceptions—even though I hadn’t used the service until after being charged. When I finally tried the space, it didn’t meet my expectations at all. Very disappointed by both the unclear billing system and the poor customer support. I cannot recommend this service.
