Our team of 4 just moved in and we couldn't be more pleased with the location and Johanna at the front desk! The office is impeccable, common areas are well stocked and clean.

We currently lease a two person full time office at TailoredSpace. One of the main reasons we chose this location was for the business amenities, including mail service and having a professional office setting for our hybrid virtual and in person business. This recent experience caught us completely off guard. One of our long time clients came by to drop off documents. According to our client, the documents were refused by tailored space front office desk, and while he was on the phone with us trying to explain what was happening, he was asked to leave by tailored space. We were not notified by TailoredSpace that our client was there, that there was an issue, or that he was trying to drop off documents for our office. When I called to ask what happened, I was told that because I had not called ahead to advise them that a client may be coming in, they had no duty to notify us. I was also told, rudely, that the front desk is not my receptionist. That response was another caught off guard moment for us, because in the past we have relied on the front desk to accept documents and packages from clients and business contacts. Everything feels different when the personnel changes, and that inconsistency is a serious concern for any business leasing office space here. I understand that every office has policies. What I do not understand is when it became acceptable to provide this level of B2B service to a business that is actively leasing office space. A simple call or basic communication would have prevented this from becoming an embarrassing client experience. For a business that relies on client trust, document drop offs, and a professional first impression, this was very disappointing. Based on our experience, I would be cautious if you are a business owner looking for an office lease, mail service, client drop off support, or a virtual office setup. We are still currently leasing here, but this experience has made us seriously reconsider whether TailoredSpace is the right fit for our business needs.

This TailoredSpace location is awesome! Our team of 14 have been working here for 3 years now. The coffee is delicious, the space is beautifully designed, the conference rooms are perfect for team meetings, and the lobby and common areas are a great place to hang out. Highly recommend TailoredSpace as a great co-working and office space for small to medium size teams! Also, the TailoredSpace team is awesome and they do a great job building community and keeping the space well maintained! Ashlyn and Ray and Brittany are all fantastic to work with!

When I first came for the tour, I was so impressed with Ashlyn (the front desk manager) made me the best vanilla latte at the espresso machine and was super warm and inviting. Then, she gifted me a a day pass to experience it. I was so impressed with the vibe and amenity’s that I signed up. After being a member here now, I love it! Most co working spaces can feel cold and sterile, but not here! The people are so friendly and it feels warm. I get to make calls in private areas and use the open office space which are so clean. And it’s 24/7 access which is wild! I love it here and totally recommend it. Huge props to Ashlyn as well as she makes lights up the environment and makes this place what it is.
