Be careful If you sign a contract, they require auto-payment setup and later charge additional services without approval. We had a contract at another location, only considered using the Berkeley location, yet they arbitrarily added non-existent services and charges for supposed rent in Berkeley. Moreover, Regus issues incorrect invoices with additional charges, and while you start sorting things out, they add a late payment fee. It is simply impossible to work with them properly—they contradict themselves.
