Terry, the new manager was stellar. I was leaving on a uncomfortable note but she made the transition really smooth and easy for me and dotted her eyes and crossed the tease so that I could get everything done in a non-ideal situation thank you Terry good riddance to the old manager lol

I had this a smooth experience setting up my studio here! Marina showed me more than a few options within my budget range! i love my space, its quiet, and friendly people. the lot is safe and bathrooms always clean! Marina is available promptly and professional! i'm very inspired working here and already thinking about getting a larger creative space, namaste

I have been a tenant here going on 2 yrs and I love this building! Very well put together, maintained and operated. This Berkeley location has the best property manager I have ever came across named Marina. She is the best super sweet, very attentive, fast and efficient! Activ Space is by far the best place I have ever been a tenant at! 5 stars would be an understatement, they need 10 stars for this wonderful establishment!
