I had a very disappointing experience with CHANTEL aka TELLY50MM also know as _TELLYBO on instagram and her “creative director” LUL.LETTY . The pricing changed multiple times throughout the process, and I felt like I was being pressured into spending far more than I originally expected. The lack of transparency made the entire experience frustrating and misleading. After reviewing everything, I reached out with several reasonable questions regarding the pricing, business practices, and whether the business was properly licensed. Instead of receiving clear answers, I was left feeling like my concerns were avoided. As a customer, I believe pricing should be upfront and consistent from the beginning so people can make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Professionalism and transparency go a long way, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I encourage anyone considering booking to ask for all pricing, fees, and policies in writing before committing.

Terry, the new manager was stellar. I was leaving on a uncomfortable note but she made the transition really smooth and easy for me and dotted her eyes and crossed the tease so that I could get everything done in a non-ideal situation thank you Terry good riddance to the old manager lol

I had this a smooth experience setting up my studio here! Marina showed me more than a few options within my budget range! i love my space, its quiet, and friendly people. the lot is safe and bathrooms always clean! Marina is available promptly and professional! i'm very inspired working here and already thinking about getting a larger creative space, namaste
