Staff and management are very professional and friendly, and attentive to any needs that have come up. The building and grounds are very well maintained. The tenants consist of therapists , accountants , lawyers , consultants and various other professionals . Just a great group of people to work around . Coffee and cookies are always available at the refreshment area and there is never any additional charges or hidden fees with this company . Internet, utilities and refreshments are all included in one affordable, monthly price. Best hidden gem in Bakersfield.
