Just a quick pitstop for the boss Man. It's a professional building that has rent-a-spaces for business owners. I guess you could say it's a cool setting and quiet atmosphere.

This place is SO overpriced, and they still find a way to hit you with unexpected monthly charges. Also don’t expect the sales manager David Bumstead to help out after day 1. Would not recommend. Go find another coworking space.

Its a TRAP !! don't get in. you are trapped once you get in. With abnormal fees, I couldn't get out of the lease for 4 years with their auto renew. I had 2 months before the lease was up. I called to get out and cancel they said 2 day has passed for their notice to cancel date and I still had 2 months left in the office and they didn't honor my request and forced me in with another 2 year renewal. I have another office which I only used for one day. Upon leaving it they charged my over $300 dollars for office restoration fee which I didn't touch the office and they did not renovate it but still charged me a renovation fee. A scam of a company. I am going to file a law suite and leave them for good ! save yourself.

Be careful with their sneaky contract before signing. Read the House rules. I got stuck with a two year contract because I didn't know they would increase the rent annually even with a long-term contract. What's the point for me to sign two years if the ren will increase anyway. The sales person doesn't tell you all these when they try to get you in. In addition, Make sure to notify them three months before the contract ends if you don't want to renewal. Otherwise you would be stucked with paying extra month. They nickel and dime you with everything you use, they sneakily includes tax on the monthly rent for using their "free" amenities. worst rental company I ever had so far, live and learn!

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
