I’ve rented an office here for the past five months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this company. Communication has been unclear, and there were unexpected fees that were not transparently disclosed upfront. In particular, I found my interactions with management frustrating especially with Kate Thomson, as honesty and clarity seemed to be lacking. It’s been a stressful experience overall, and I’m relieved that my lease will be ending soon.

Alexis Bolivar Community Manager Deserves a five star from me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She went out of her way above and beyond to help me with processes that I could no longer do⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was the only regis location that offered ethernet⭐️ And Internet was superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ although I would still be with Regis if they had the ethernet in a different location⭐️ The building itself and the location Center of downtown⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lots of repairs ,delays building shutdowns, fire inspections, elevator problems, water backup ⭐️lots of downtown activity⭐️ Underground parking⭐️⭐️⭐️ be sure to park where they say to park or you’ll be getting a ticket. My vehicle was always safe No strange people inside the garage⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are a downtown city person and accustomed to this type of establishment and environment the building is beautiful The spaces were good Thank you To Alexis Bolivar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Community Manager I could not have completed this chapter without you

AVOID REGUS- I had an extremely disappointing experience with Regus office spaces at their Downtown Tucson location. The customer service was awful — staff were unresponsive, dismissive, and showed no sense of urgency. To make matters worse, my reserved rental space was canceled less than 24 hours before my scheduled time, leaving me completely stranded with no backup options. For a company that claims to offer “professional workspace solutions,” their behavior was anything but professional. There was no genuine apology, no attempt to make things right, and zero regard for how their mistake impacted my business plans. If you value reliability, communication, or basic customer respect, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other office rental options in Tucson that actually understand what customer service means.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Regus - Tucson - Downtown and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
