I am a current client and strongly advise anyone considering this coworking space to look elsewhere. They charge premium prices for private offices, yet there is no sound insulation between offices. While staff mention that “some sound may carry” during walkthroughs, this is heavily undersold. Noise travels freely, which defeats the purpose of paying more for a private office versus an open desk. The fire alarm also went off continuously for over a week, which was extremely disruptive. Staff professionalism is lacking, with frequent gossip about clients, and at times no staff present at all. For the price, the quality of the space and management falls far below expectations. I would not recommend this coworking space to anyone seeking a professional environment. Edit (based on the response from the owner below): I already attempted to resolve the noise issue prior to leaving this review. I was told the offices cannot be insulated, and the only option offered was to relocate to a downgraded office with just a $50/month reduction, which also required committing to a new two-year contract (I am currently on a 1 year contract). That was not a reasonable solution. Regarding the fire alarm, there’s no need to submit a ticket. It was located at the front door and went off continuously for several days. Staff were clearly aware, as it was audible as you walked into the building.
