The Pros: beautiful and clean hotel. Great breakfast quality and options. The rooftop pool is awesome and they have a bar open Thursday-Sunday. Rooms are modern and functional. Cons: they invested $$$ in the gym and two really nice peloton bikes, but then don’t connect them to the internet. Told front desk about it and nothing was done by the next morning. Gym quality was the top reason I chose this hotel so I was disappointed the bikes didn’t work as intended.

The location is great! The only downfall is the freezing pool during the day and night. They informed me that the pool was heated prior to booking and that was the whole reason we booked this location. It was a really bad experience for a staycation due to home remodeling. Highly recommended another location if you going to enjoy the pool area. Staff said Manager was not able to be reached and refused to handle the situation by allowing us a refund to find a location with a comfortable pool area. What a disappointment!

Hadn't been here before. Came in for dinner and really enjoyed the back patio bar. My bartender Shay was great. The baked chicken dish was juicy and delicious. Good spot to stop if you're downtown! (No idea about the rooms)

Good location in downtown Tucson. Rooms are too small.

The hotel is just a few blocks from many restaurants and cafes and two blocks from 4th Street, where there are many bars and shops. The rooms are very spacious and the lobby is modern. The only issue is that, being in the middle of everything, you have to wear earplugs at night.
