I have sent multiple emails, but received no response. Eventually, a gentleman got back to me, and we scheduled a date and time for a phone meeting. However, he failed to call and has not replied to my follow-up email since. I suppose this company is making so much money that they can afford to ignore potential clients and make it incredibly difficult to reach them.

We rented office space here for four years and, in total, physically used the space for maybe four hours. Unfortunately, our experience at move-out has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency and communication. It has now been several weeks since we vacated the office, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received a clear explanation of what is delaying the return of our security deposit. The office was left in pristine condition. We have video documentation to support this, and the onsite property associate who handled our move-out also confirmed the condition of the space. Based on this, there is no clear justification for the continued delay. What’s especially frustrating is the disconnect between the lease agreement and their internal policies. Our contract clearly states that the security deposit will be returned within a “reasonable timeframe,” yet we were later told that corporate policy is 30–45 days. Not only is that timeframe excessive given the condition of the office and the absence of any issues, it is in direct violation of the agreement we signed. If you’re considering renting here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Beyond the issues with deposit handling and communication, the insurance requirements are excessive and unnecessarily burdensome. You will be required to carry elevated levels of business liability insurance that can increase your premiums, including coverage that extends to vehicles on site—even in situations where the space is barely used. In our case, we were required to maintain coverage for vehicles on the property despite physically being there for only a few hours over a four-year lease. It’s an unreasonable requirement and indicative of how this operation is managed overall.

We’ve had our office space here for 3 years and have found it to be very affordable. The staff is very attentive and provides very personalized service for our needs. The facilities are spacious and clean. Couldn’t ask for better space!
