I had a meeting at the Northeast Business Center a few weeks prior to meeting at this location, definitely a change of direction but the ambiance was similar and professional.

I love this place! The parking situation is really easy and the building is very accessible, with multiple elevators so you're never waiting long. And the sitting area in front of the fountainscape is so beautiful and calming.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Please reach out to Southwest Business Center for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Southwest Business Center provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Southwest Business Center, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
