My business partner and I toured office spaces with Nate, the regional manager for Regus and Spaces, on January 20, 2026. He showed us the Regus Wells Fargo location in Tempe and then took us to view the new Regus Phoenix location. We selected an office we were interested in, and Nate told us he would submit our request and get back to us within the hour regarding pricing approval. We never received a response — not that day, not after we sent a follow-up text the next day, and not at any point afterward. We even contacted the Wells Fargo location directly and spoke with reception staff, who informed us they would relay the message to Nate and ask him to contact us. Despite this additional effort, he still never responded. As of February 5, 2026, there has been zero communication. We deliberately waited before writing this review because we wanted to give Nate the opportunity to respond and correct the situation before escalating it publicly. Unfortunately, that opportunity was not taken. This level of non-responsiveness and lack of follow-through is unacceptable when dealing with prospective business clients making leasing decisions. Being told to expect an answer within an hour and then receiving no communication whatsoever reflects extremely poor professionalism and accountability. The experience left us feeling dismissed and concerned. Given the complete lack of response despite direct follow-up through multiple channels, the situation felt uncomfortable and raised concerns for us about whether bias or differential treatment may have played a role in how we were handled. While we cannot determine intent, the experience was troubling and should be taken seriously. We ultimately secured office space elsewhere, but this interaction demonstrated a clear failure in communication standards and client handling that others should be aware of.

Avoid This Place at All Costs – Unprofessional and Insecure This has been the worst rental experience I've ever had. The building is completely insecure, and the staff is both rude and unhelpful. I've had two important packages lost—both were delivered to the front desk and signed for, yet mysteriously disappeared. When I reported the issue to the front desk staff, the woman I spoke with was dismissive and acted like it wasn't her problem. When I finally got in touch with the manager, I was shocked by how unprofessional she was. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed me, made me feel like it was my fault, and showed no accountability. To make matters worse, other tenants I spoke to shared similar experiences, saying they’ve also had packages and even items from their offices go missing. This place is completely mismanaged. If you value your belongings and expect basic professionalism, do not rent here.

I was a customer for 5 years. I hit a financial hardship and got behind on payments. They sent all my mail back, over a month’s worth, with no warning. So much for loyalty.
