This place is a dream come true for start ups and niché product operations! All different types of size units with full privacy and isolated meeting spaces, a content creation studio, a galley for events, loading docks, storage galore, etc!! Definitely a place you can socialize and network with like minded business owners that have already completely committed.

Saltbox is a great concept with great execution for eComm businesses that are scaling up and need to move out of their home office or small leased office space. Month to month rentals of warehouse space, with all the amenities included that you might want: Internet access, color laser printers, secure access, locked warehouse units, daily pickups by all major carriers and even some local same day delivery firms, and multiple loading dock access for efficient and cost effective LTL/FTL pickup/delivery of your freight. Staff onsite will see that your shipments are checked in, picked up, and they will deliver your parcels/LTL freight to your warehouse space, with no errors/exceptions to worry about. There are packing stations, packing supplies, temp storage rental in case you need it, a cafe area with coffee, filtered water, microwaves etc. Nearby coffee/food places make this an idea location. The staff is competent and experienced in eComm logistics and can provide alot of advice on how to pick/pack/ship, and are always available on-site. Finally you can rent on demand labor by the fractional hour. We use their so called eForce to act as our 3PL, and they are skilled in pick/pack of our products, following the SOP we give them. I give them a perfect rating on all aspects and they are crucial to giving us the extra bandwidth when/where we need it, so that we don't have to go out and look for part time help as demand balloons periodically. Don't sleep on the Saltbox, this IS the perfect base for your growing business!
