Reviews
My agent Brenda Petit went above and beyond. She was truly amazing
Great service! Very good cooperation with me as foreigner.
Christine was amazing. She knew the comps and was very supporting. Even throughout our closing, Christine worked with us.
Will not ever recommend this business to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional (Gracie). When we moved in, the property was dirty and unkempt with several damages we recorded. Gracie, nor Haymore, ever followed up on that list, then tried to blame us for the issues upon move-out. Tried to say we signed a contract, so must fix everything. The contract was to maintain the property in the condition we received it and fix and damages we might have made. She also tried blaming us for the poor job the cleaner did (a cleaner who they force you to use and pay $500 for). Find any other rental or real estate business in the area. Not worth the headache of dealing with them. Not to mention if they need something, they want it right now. If a tenant needs something, you're lucky to hear back within a couple days. Edit to add: Gracie charged us for several days of rent after our move-out date and charged us to remove dead shrubs from the yard ($400). Those bushes were dead when we moved in, and I had asked if they could be removed, and was told no. Very unethical and dishonest business practices. Talking with other past renters, this seems to be a common business practice with Haymore. Avoid at all costs!
DO NOT, do business with these people. 21 days have passed since my move out and I have received no itemized listing of fees or my security deposit back. I have been ghosted since my move out by these people. Specifically don't rent through Robert Zazueta. He will not assist you through your whole renting experience. Terrible property manager.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
