Well, I can't say I speak to everyone at Haymore, but as far as my realtor goes, she's the best in the business. I highly recommend Kelly Hammer and let me tell you the name fits! She hammered out a deal and had us close in less than three weeks. Yeah, I know right? We had two days in town to try and find a house. We told her basics of what we were looking for and price range and BAM, done! By the time we got into town she was ready to show us places. We made a decision day two and, BAM! She got us under contract. We had some things on the inspection we wanted to have fixed and within a day, BAM! She got the estimate and concessions from the seller. The day before closing our lender hadn't submitted everything, but Kelly "the hammer" Hammer made one call and BAM! We got the paperwork in. Those were just a few of the many things she did to get the deal done. I'm not sure how many clients she has going, but she sure made us feel like we were the most important. Thanks Kelly and Haymore.

Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with ARED.
