to whom it may concern, this is Logan with AZP Contracting. I'm a general contractor out of the Phoenix Arizona area. I recently bid on the Pickler in Scottsdale which this is my second Pickler I would have been building. Michael Parrish that works for Whitestone reit, spoke with my customer and told my customer that I'm not allowed to be their general contractor. it is my understanding that Michael Parrish has slandered my company to this customer and stating false accusations. this is a very serious matter, as I turned in everything requested by the landlord. and would like to speak to somebody in regards to this matter before it escalates, I look forward to resolving this matter immediately.

As a tenant with them - stay away !! Almost consider them a scam - they just looking to take Money from Small businesses without doing anything , departments are not synced and you might accidentally get a 21k bill accidentally.. Horrible experience we won’t be expending with them that’s for sure .

Stay away from this company. Whitestone is run by puppets who answers to the masters/shareholders... Service and maintenance are horrible and they always blame the tenants to avoid their responsibilities. Whitestone management are dishonest and they have No integrity.
