Beautiful building friendly staff, but I’ve had problems with them after I gave them a three month notice that I was having to move out. We had an addendum to the lease, and I followed the addendum and the small print on the second page of the lease and management has made it there Goal to ruin my credit. I followed the legal language of the lease in the addendum, but management is choosing to ignore the legal specifics of the lease and the out clause. We also didn’t feel safe in our office, we maintain patient medical records, and we found dirty footprints in front of our file cabinets for the patient records were. Must’ve been someone working on the inside of the building because no one could track dirt from the outside all the way down the long hallways to my office. It would’ve come off their shoes by the time they made it to my office. Also, the rent is very expensive compared to other Executive Suites buildings, but I must say the building is managed well except for the issues I’ve mentioned.

My wife and I opened a business and needed office space to conduct day-to-day activities. After searching around the Scottsdale area for spaces, it became apparent that 94 Hundred was the only real option. Not only was the building spotless, modern, and articulate...the staff (Daniell, Sarah, and Jennifer) were beyond accommodating and genuine. Daniell (owner) gave a wonderful tour of the space and the countless amenities. For a small business, this truly was a perfect match from a location, price, and professional standpoint. Everything about 94 Hundred was transparent and upfront. And getting to know the staff with their monthly events was an absolute pleasure as well as meeting other tenants. Just walking in you get a sense of relaxation and serenity. There are diffusers set up around the building emulating very pleasant spa-like aromas along with relaxing monitors showing picturesque landscapes adding to the ambiance. It's easy to see why so many tenants have stayed so long, some as long as 30 years we learned. That says something about the management and how they conduct business. I cannot recommend 94 Hundred enough and know we will be clients in some sort of capacity for a very long time. Thank you Daniell for treating us like family and giving us the perfect space for us to grow our business. You, Sarah, and Jennifer have enriched our lives and we appreciate the flawless accommodations and outstanding service. I hope others read this review and can see what makes 94 Hundred the perfect space to compliment professional growth and motivation.
