Do not lease from this company. They gouge you with fees and when you request help, they refuse to talk with you. Everything is done through email. Terrible experience and will not lease again. Lesson learned. Update: Continue to get the run around and have yet to talk with someone on the phone. They are the worst company. Can't imagine running a business this way. Stay away!! Update: coffee amenities not available for 2 months and continued to charge on my invoice. Requested a credit and they refuse. DoNT lease from this company! They refuse to talk with you in person and continue to gouge you!

STAY AWAY. I will never use Regus again. I feel like they have been disingenuous with their sales process. First, I missed the termination date requirement by 48 hours, and they are charging me $4500 for one months rent on space I didn’t occupy. I understand the terms of the lease, but they refuse to even have a discussion on some sort of relief. Even worse I am being charged a $1400 “reset” fee which was never discussed, and I only just learned was in an attachment to the electronic contact under the header House Rules. How could they fail to mention this in the sales process? According to them its all my fault. Never again.

The company, Regus, has no problem gouging people for money. We rented a space for our son to study during the COVID year since his east coast university had gone virtual. Our son was moved twice in the facility as he was notified in person and had no communication via the Regus portal. This was done because it was convenient to Regus. Our month to month agreement was paid each month in full without any issues. The facility was clean and was perfect for the purpose of giving him a space to study away from home. A signed letter was submitted on 01 August to the desk of the facility. There are 31 days in the month of August, meeting the 30 day notice. Our son again spoke with the lady at the front desk on 02 August, a Monday morning, advising her that he was terminating the lease at the end of August. The units are 92% occupied and they don't seem to have a problem renting them. Our son was later that week told that he had to go to the Regus portal to inform them and a typed / signed letter was not good enough. Regus and (John) at the account help desk said Regus will charge rent till the end of September and there is no flexibility to work with the renter who has been an ideal tenant for over a year and paid on time and in full all year. John also advised me that if the unit was rented by the end of August, our son would still be financially moved into another unit till the end of September even though we have no need for a facility in September, just because they can. The only re-course that we have was to place a google review shining a light on this practice of using the terms of the lease when it is convenient to Regus and their account to manipulate the situation in their favor. Not one time during the year was the portal brought up as to maintenance schedules, closure of the facility or changes. It is rather rich that Regus uses the portal as the official way to screw you financially when it was never utilized by the facility during the year, only when it was inconvenient to them. BEWARE IN DEALING WITH REGuS AND THEIR DESIRE TO USE TECHNICALITIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CLIENTS.
