I strongly recommend that anyone considering Regus read every single line of the agreement and understand every possible fee before signing. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. What initially appears to be a straightforward office rental can ultimately become significantly more expensive because of additional charges and fees buried in the agreement. When I questioned the charges on my account, I had to repeatedly ask for explanations and supporting information. Instead of feeling like Regus was interested in resolving the issue fairly and transparently, I felt that the entire process was designed to point back to contractual clauses and collect as much money as possible. Yes, customers are responsible for reading what they sign — but a reputable company should also make substantial end-of-term charges clear and obvious before a customer enters into an agreement, not leave customers shocked when the final invoices arrive. My advice: DO NOT rely only on the advertised monthly price. Ask specifically about restoration charges, retainers, late fees, termination charges, and every other fee that could be assessed at the end of your agreement. Get everything in writing. I personally would not do business with Regus again. What looked affordable in the beginning ended up costing considerably more than I expected, and the overall experience left me with very little trust in the company. Read the contract carefully. Ask questions. Document everything. And know exactly what you could be charged before you sign.

No Wifi for guests to use? sitting here waiting to see one of their tenants and they dont offer Guest Wifi in waiting area? not so professional. I rent a space at Workuity. all my guests get wifi while waiting.

Do not rent here, not only did they sell a dream but me and my company were grossly mislead. They had us pay rent to them when we couldn't even get into the building until 2 months later. They charged us for furniture that we don't even get to keep because they failed to mention that you rent it. The internet is constantly out and so it the HVAC units. They have horrible communication skills and we are stuck in a lease we don't want and they won't let us out despite our dissatisfaction.

I'm going on my 2nd year being at this facility and I don't see myself leaving. What a great opportunity to be in such a beautiful building. Charlie that helps run the facility handles and helps with my clients in such a professional way.
