It's exactly what we need! As a relatively new business, medical recliner repair, we've reached that point where you want and need to grow but not "lease an office building" grow! We want out of the garage and into a dedicated office where we can receive and store parts as well as sew and create them. Our one bedroom apartment is feeling a little snug with our industrial sewing machine taking over the dining area and the cutting table blocking the front door and dominating the living room! They have office space with safe and dedicated onsite department, space for our sewing machine and supplies as well as have a little dedicated office space, use of the community board rooms and kitchen area, two loading docks and security with a site manager on the grounds from 9 am to 5 pm M-F. They are just the right size and you get all you need to succeed! (And the are really professional and very nice!)

This place is wonderful if you own your own business, everything is included and the people here are so nice. The security is 24 seven and you could be here all hours. It doesn’t matter. It’s the people are wonderful here and it lets you concentrate more on your selling than having to worry about anything else
