Viva MedSuites provides medical clinic space and services to medical practices who are looking for a high-end, full-service medical clinic presence, without having to take on the high cost and risk of leasing their own direct space. We have locations in Scottsdale and Mesa AZ. The Scottsdale location is at the Mountain View Medical Plaza near the 101 freeway and Shea Blvd, ideally located to cover all of Scottsdale as well as northeast Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills. The Mesa location is at the Stapley Medical Center, just off the 60 freeway, ideally located to cover the entire East Valley markets of Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe and Chandler.
Viva MedSuites is a membership based co-working medical clinic. Membership is $300/mo and allows the practice to have full use of the certified medical office address for licensing, credentialing, marketing and receiving mail and packages. It also allows members anytime access to and use of the clinics common areas including a provider work room and break room. We staff the front desk M-F 9am-5pm, so your patients will be greeted and assisted by live, friendly receptionist when they arrive for their appointments. Private exam rooms are available for members to book by the hour as needed for $45/hr. Exam rooms are fully furnished, equipped and supplied. For practices that have more full schedules, we also offer weekly recurring block use and full-time exclusive room use (subject to availability). We also offer various types of locked storage and medical assistant services.
