We wanted to take a moment to recognize Annie Alvarez, the Community Associate at our Regus center at Mesa Brown. Annie’s work has not gone unnoticed, and we felt it was important to share how much we appreciate the care and attention she brings to the office. She is always on top of every issue and communicates quickly, clearly, and professionally to make sure everything is right for our team and our office space. Annie consistently goes above and beyond what we need, and it genuinely makes a difference in our day-to-day experience. She is attentive, kind, and always willing to help. Even the little things, like having candies available for everyone, make the space feel more welcoming and brighten my day. We are grateful for Annie and believe her hard work, communication, and dedication deserve to be recognized.

Staff is absolutely the best. But the company is very shady with "gotcha" fine print. You want to move to bigger office - congratulations your lease extended without you knowing. You ready to leave here is extra $800 for cleaning and restoration. I got an email three months in about auto renew which I declined multiple times. I still had manually ask for staff to decline auto renew that I was enrolled again my wishes. Do not sign any leases, and read fine print - otherwise you will not be able to get rid of the company.

Typically office rental get you in and comfortable raise rents every 6-12 months over 20%. When moved here we asked and we were told rents go up by $10-15 not $75-100. The walls are paper thin imagine being on the phone with a customer and someone comes knocking on your door to keep it down. That has happened. There are many counseling people in here and you can hear their conversations outside the door. If next door you can hear everything. The trash cans are always full. The walls are always dirty. I passed by a cockroach for months in the stairway. On the 4th floor they have been doing construction for months. When someone flushes or uses water you can hear it like you right next to a huge drain flushing water. The reviews have to be friends of owner. The owner is nice a guy and so is the people present. But if you need to discuss rents or renewals, etc. That's another phone number that never answers. Every door is a different code or badge to get in. On weekends the ones we do come in they never worked. We just wanted a place to do business. Nothing special just a office that we can get into and rent that stays semi decent. Then stopped paying hoping someone would respond or communicate to our months of attempts and they sent to a collection agency right away. I was shocked. Everyone seems nice but it's smoke and mirrors. They are there for looks only. This could be a great place if fixed the items mentioned.

Had a tour w/ Annie at the Brown building. Must say she was exceptionally welcoming and professional. She LISTENED to what was needed and she customized the tour to not waste time which was short and impactful. She made the process of “another” tour to choose the perfect location for our business easy and enjoyable. Customer service is more valuable than ever these days and having Annie offer to pleasantly greet and guide our clients to our space is a definite benefit!

I had a great experience touring Regis. The building is bright and has great energy. Annie, the community associate, greeted us and was extremely thorough and took so much time showing us office rental options and the ins and outs of the space and amenities. Annie is top notch!
