If I could leave a negative 5 star review, I would do that. I’ve been renting this garbage office for 6 months and unfortunately I signed a contract for a year so I’m stuck here a little longer. In the 6 months of being here, our A/C has gone out 3 times leaving the office space at 85+ degree temps and unusable, the WiFi has gone down 4 times (for days and days at a time), there are groups of 5-15 unemployed adults who loiter at the back door everyday waiting for someone to walk through so they can get in, mooch off the A/C and loudly talk and joke and laugh for hours on end. In fact, just a couple weeks ago, the loitering group got into a fist fight with one of the renters and police had to get involved. The cleaning crew does absolutely nothing to keep this place presentable, in fact, they bring their daughter with them and she rides her bike up and down the halls like it’s a playground. And just today I had a scorpion fall through the vent above me and hit me on the head on the way down. That really just tipped me over the edge because I absolutely hate this place. I’ve brought up all these issues (except the scorpion issue) to management, and wouldn’t you know, they’ve done absolutely nothing about any of it. When we asked for a prorated rent because our office space sat at 90 degrees for 9 days straight, they said no. I fought them tooth and nail and they made it very clear that they don’t care about us who rent here. They care about our money and that’s it. If you’re looking for a space, don’t even consider this place. It’s been a nightmare. Despite what Greg the sales guy might tell you, it’s absolutely awful here.

This place is a dump, they are trying to charge me a $9,000 restoration fee for these crappy offices, they did not even invest $9,000 on the entire building. We have pictures of the 4 offices they way we left them, they were exactly the same way we got them. We rented 4 offices for 4 weeks, the offices were not restored when we took them, GOOGLE was leasing the offices just days before. They will be hearing from our lawyer. They are claiming they need to replace the carpets and paint for 9k. The carpets were not replaced when we moved in, we did not hang anything up on the walls, and I will guarantee you they do not replace carpets every time someone leaves. Attached are some pictures from the day we turned in the keys. Everything looks exactly the way it did when we moved in. 05/07/2025 UPDATE: Do not be fooled by Regus acting like they were helping he situation. They did not do anything, they actually gave a canned response! They literally kept $9300 from my deposit and did nothing to the office's, they are not here to help you they will take your deposit regardless!! Keep that in mind when they tell you they will charge a reconditioning fee and move you into a dirty office with markings on the walls and items still hanging, they will replace the carpets too after 30 days. HAHA, they will be hearing from our lawyer.

I've rented office space here for the last year and a half and am very happy! The building is well maintained and very friendly on-site staff!
