The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They do a great job at keeping everything clean and organized, the other tenants are very friendly too. Overall a great work space, I like that it’s close to the high way so that’s easy for me when I need to run down there and get deliveries. Ira also really close to a lot of good food spots.

Chandler Workuity sees the near future and it revolves around AI and Agentic tools to implement your dreams and goals. Owner Dan Kite is delivering cutting-edge hosting and support for what he calls "The Workuity Center for AI Excellence". Anybody who wants to learn AI, or meet new or experienced users, should come by! Dan's intention is to become the networking center for all things AI at his two locations including free weekly Wednesday noon mini Claude workshops (lunch is included). Make new friends (guaranteed) discover new partnerships and learn, grow and get some help. The Biltmore location repeats on Tuesdays! Become part of the AI future in a friendly environment! Hey Dan, thanks for what you do! Peace and Plenty ☺

My dad dragged me into Workuity last Tuesday to attend an AI presentation and I went in with… very low expectations. I left COMPLETELY blown away. Everything from the physical space to the social energy to the actual quality of the seminar was next level. The AI Exchange had such an interesting mix of people, from those who didn’t even know what ChatGPT was to people deep in every tool and extension, all just trying to stay current. It made the whole thing feel really accessible but still super valuable. I literally pulled out a pen and started taking notes immediately because everything being shared felt directly applicable to my actual work and life. That almost never happens. Dan was incredible. So engaged, so patient, and clearly cares about making sure people actually understand and can use what he’s teaching. He even stayed after and sat down with me 1:1 to help me apply everything to my specific role, which honestly changed how I think about my day-to-day. Also… I cannot believe this is free for members?? Safe to say my productivity has been very different ever since. Shoutout to my dad for forcing me to go. Everyone should check this out - it is going to change u forever!

It's an excellent open-office space for small-crew professionals. You can switch between the office rooms and the shared open area to work. The space promotes productivity and allow room for different types of office work to be carried out. The office location comes with good lunch selection nearby and easy-to-go-on strolls. I got some good work done here.

This place is amazing and saved me when I was without internet. I just moved to the area and did not yet have internet service. I found this office space online and the women who greeted me at the entrance were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. It is a modern, clean, quiet space to work from. I will likely come back soon, just to break up the monotony of WFH life and feel some connection with the outside world. They have a variety of work spaces, coffee, & a kitchen area. The the location is in close proximity to stores and restaurants. Thank you - this place is such an amazing concept!! Your employees are doing a fantastic job, as well :)
