I strongly recommend that anyone considering Regus read every single line of the agreement and understand every possible fee before signing. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. What initially appears to be a straightforward office rental can ultimately become significantly more expensive because of additional charges and fees buried in the agreement. When I questioned the charges on my account, I had to repeatedly ask for explanations and supporting information. Instead of feeling like Regus was interested in resolving the issue fairly and transparently, I felt that the entire process was designed to point back to contractual clauses and collect as much money as possible. Yes, customers are responsible for reading what they sign — but a reputable company should also make substantial end-of-term charges clear and obvious before a customer enters into an agreement, not leave customers shocked when the final invoices arrive. My advice: DO NOT rely only on the advertised monthly price. Ask specifically about restoration charges, retainers, late fees, termination charges, and every other fee that could be assessed at the end of your agreement. Get everything in writing. I personally would not do business with Regus again. What looked affordable in the beginning ended up costing considerably more than I expected, and the overall experience left me with very little trust in the company. Read the contract carefully. Ask questions. Document everything. And know exactly what you could be charged before you sign.

I would like to give Regus's accounting and IT department a 0 star and charge them with fraudulent activity. They charged our credit card back in February of 2026 in error for over $3k. I have had a ticket open with them for almost 5 months trying to resolve and have our money refunded. I am consistently told it is with their IT department to resolve and they cannot refund us the money or apply the overpayment to our monthly invoices. I would be very careful when paying Regus because getting your money back is near impossible and you are unable to speak with anyone to resolve these types of issues, it all has to be done online. Very poor communication and customer service.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank Rene Jacobson , Community Manager and Alexandra Jacobo, Community Associate for the outstanding job they do running the day-to-day responsibilities of our Regus San Tan office. Their dedication, attention to detail, and proactive approach keep operations running smoothly and create a welcoming, professional environment for both the office renters and clients. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude!

Super professional

Use caution when signing up with Regus. It seems fine if you plan to stay with them, but if you don't want to renew they will make it difficult for you to stop getting charged. We had to contact our bank so they wouldn't be able to keep charging our card after the first 6 month contract was over. They claimed they renewed our contract for an additional 6 months 3 months into our contract without our consent because that's their "process".
