I just wanted to take a minute and thank Rene Jacobson , Community Manager and Alexandra Jacobo, Community Associate for the outstanding job they do running the day-to-day responsibilities of our Regus San Tan office. Their dedication, attention to detail, and proactive approach keep operations running smoothly and create a welcoming, professional environment for both the office renters and clients. Use caution when signing up with Regus. It seems fine if you plan to stay with them, but if you don't want to renew they will make it difficult for you to stop getting charged. We had to contact our bank so they wouldn't be able to keep charging our card after the first 6 month contract was over. They claimed they renewed our contract for an additional 6 months 3 months into our contract without our consent because that's their "process".
