Inspire offices have be great to use! I’ve rented at several offices and have been extremely happy with the current offices. Easy access to the building when needed, shared spaces (including bathrooms) are extremely clean. I would highly recommend.

Great location for a small business. Easily accessible and great vibes. I’m able to lock in and hyper focus, with the convenience of a nice conference room to host client meetings when needed.

After over three years of leasing this space we needed to relocate to different location in Chandler. At the risk of legal repercussions I will just say the environment was not conducive for any type of professional Buisness operations. Yes it was great the first year but fell apart quickly, we took our issues to the them and if anything was resolved it would just come back. We had prepaid our lease years in advance for multiple units in this establishment but left with over 4 months of rent paid… it was to that point. Really had high hopes. Anyways here’s the original review: Awesome space to lease, great contemporary design and update. Layout. Everything has been thought out from the auto attendant that alerts you when your customer checks in to visit to inbound shipping. Greg and his team go the extra mile to ensure your experience will be successful!

2 stars is for the disgusting upstairs bathroom. Pretty sure that there is a couple living in one of the offices. I’ve seen them both. They smell and look extremely dirty. A few weeks ago when i tried to use the restroom it smelled so bad and the toilet wasn’t flushed. I flushed it hoping i could stand the smell but then looked at the toilet seat and it was covered in grungy dirty skin residue from someone who clearly doesn’t bathe. There are no toilet seat covers and i couldn’t take the smell long enough to lay toilet paper around it so i left and just held it. The sink was also very dirty. This visit was a tad better but still not clean as an office building bathroom should be but don’t worry they have a great fix!! I’m sorry but i don’t work here so that will not be happening!! Pretty sure it’s against the law to have people living in a shared office building besides being super unsanitary!! Owners should handle this immediately and up the cleaning schedule to twice a week!!
